UP Crew was founded by Director Susan Dingwall after she saw a gap in the disability sector, particularly around meaningful opportunities for training, employment, independence and community participation.

She also recognised the importance of genuine social connection. UP Crew was created to provide personalised support that helps people feel confident to be themselves, build meaningful connections, develop skills and participate more fully in their community.
