Founded after its Director Susie Dingwall witnessed there being much promised to participants in the disability space, with often very little delivered. Particularly in the area of training and employment. Up Crew also noticed a need for greater social connectivity for participants, and enjoys creating fun and supportive spaces with her team, where participants are safe to be themselves whilst exploring new adventures together.

At Up Crew Australia, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and promoting inclusive community engagement. Our carefully curated programs and initiatives are designed to foster capacity building, support independence, and create a more accessible society.
