For the first time in David Jones’ history in Australia, a person with disability has secured employment at full award wages, supported by UP Crew in partnership with Milestone Employment.
This is more than an employment opportunity. It is a powerful step forward for inclusion, equality and the future of disability employment in Australia.
We are especially honoured that MylestonesEmployment personally selected UP Crew for our specialised skills, person-centred approach and strong values in empowering people with disability to flourish in the workplace.
As the first disability support provider to support this landmark employment opportunity with David Jones right here in Brisbane, the Olympic city, we could not be prouder to be part of this journey.
